Kaiser Permanente Sign On

If you are planning on using Kaiser Permanente OR, Kaiser org, or you just want to find a Kaiser hospital you may want to go to the Kaiser Permanente login page. Here is how you will go about doing that:

1. Type Kaiser Permanente Login within the search box on a search engine’s home page.
2. Click on the link https://healthy.kaiserpermanente.org/health/care/signon when the results come up. Or, you can simply click on this link now.
3. Once on this page you will either need to enter you User ID and Password or you will need to register for an ID and Password.
4. If you are planning on registering for an ID you will be able to select what language you want this to be in. You can select between English and Spanish.
5. When you select what language you want you will need to then enter your name, date of birth, and what area you are located in. Enter your Health/Medical Record number as well. Be sure that you are writing your Kaiser login down so that you always have it when you want to log in.

Now, if you are not able to remember your Kaiser Permanente sign in information
you will need to go to the sign in page and click on the link for a forgotten password or ID. You will need to enter information about yourself such as your date of birth and name to receive the information you are looking for. Kaiser Fontana

The KP org Kaiser Permanente Fontana, CA is a short term medical facility. This is not a teaching hospital. Many people love this idea because they do not have to worry about a student taking care of them. Those that go to this hospital will be very pleased that they are going to be treated by a doctor. The facility is also accredited by the Joint Commission. Checking in for appointments is not complicated and you will not have to wait long. There are also 24 hour advice nurses that you can access when you need help.
